2022-2023 Student Transportation Survey Form
Families are asked to complete the survey below regarding their students' transportation needs for the 2022-2023 school year. The survey must be completed by August 1, 2022, in order to be included in the initial bus route for the first day of school (August 29, 2022). Since there will not be a stipend program for this upcoming school year, we will be adding more buses and bus stops to the previous schedules after collective responses. Students that complete the survey and are eligible for transportation will be assigned to a bus and routing information will be available at the school's Welcome Back BBQ. |
For the safety of your student(s), EVERY child must have a completed transportation form - this includes walkers and car riders. Bus riders must have a completed form before they are allowed to ride the bus to or from school. Thank you for your cooperation. Please review the bus schedules [see button below] and note the stop times and bus number prior starting to complete the transportation form.
